Jessica Wilson, LMT, CSMT, CCT
Jessica Wilson is not sure exactly when she became interested in massage. It may have been due to her grandmother’s regimen of regular massage following a radical mastectomy, drastically increasing her healing time and decreasing side effects. Or it could have happened during her high school career as a track and field athlete after a hamstring injury. With pre and post training massage to her hamstring by her track coach, Jessica was able to compete and place in the district, regional and state championship meets. Or possibly it could have been that incredibly heavenly first “Real” massage she received as a high school graduation gift. Whatever the case, it has been a part of her life path for a very long time.
Graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Education, her studies focused on Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation, she gained a strong foundation for her future in Massage Therapy. Heading to the woods of Pennsylvania after graduation, she worked as an Experiential Educator at the Linsly Outdoor Center, where she honed her skills in interpersonal relationships and development. In 1998, she moved to Colorado, bringing only her car and a few personal items to start a life and eventually go to massage school.
After working in the corporate world for 4 years and attending classes at the Colorado School of Healing Arts at night, she graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist in December 2001. Since then, she received her certification in Sports Massage and continues to update her education. Jessica is passionate about therapeutic massage and believes that everyone can benefit from the addition of regular massage into their self care routine. Her training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Healing Touch, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Contemporary Cupping, Thai Massage and Sports Massage as well as Prenatal Massage for expecting mothers. Jessica has also worked with many different athletes at various sporting events, including the Evergreen Town Race, the Freedom Run, DU women’s swim team, the Triple Bypass and the Courage Classic.
Jessica Wilson is kind, compassionate, enthusiastic, (and a little goofy), committed to providing body awareness, deep relaxation, relief from pain, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and education about the body and self care. She adores living in Evergreen with her husband, two children, and golden retriever. In her free time, she loves to snuggle with her family, hike, snowboard, run and exercise.

“I have had the honor of having massages from both Cindy and Jessica. They are so intuitively in touch that they quickly find the ‘spot’ that needs their attention most, and then channel their healing energy into it and relieve the blocks there – ahhhh, what a relief! I have enjoyed the benefits of the hot rocks massage, as well as, the deep tissue work that release those stubborn kinks and knots. “I have been a client of Jessica’s for over ten years. What keeps me so loyal, in addition to her healing touch, is that she unquestionably cares about me as a person: specifically my health. She has taken it upon herself to learn as much as she can about the rare disease that I have, and has become part of the inner circle of healthcare professionals that are continuing to care for me. Armed with the knowledge of the results of my latest blood marker tests, Jessica utilizes different massage techniques that will best assist my immune system at the time.
